It really takes an astute individual and well informed public to NOT be fooled by the “LAME STREAM” media’s Campaign to MIS-INFORM and UN-EDUCATE folks on what is the difference between guns that really are assault weapons and those that ill-informed lawmakers like NY Congresswoman  Carolyn McCarthy would describe as “Scary Looking”.  Here is a lady that was involved in the Original Clinton-Era Assault Weapons Ban and could not even explain what a simple “barrel shroud” was when asked….and described it as the “Thing that goes up”.  If anyone else in the country was so blatantly derelict in doing their job they would be fired or jailed……but for our lawmakers I guess we have to lower our standards for such ignorance….and these folks are writing the laws that will restrict our freedoms?

The reality is that most all of the rifles that are sold in the US to law abiding citizens are semi-automatic rifles and NOT “Fully Automatic” like machineguns.  The Media and Anti-gun folks would have you believe that Hi-Capacity (hi-cap) magazines that feed these fully automatic weapons must be banned to stop the carnage.  The reality is this:

The do-gooders desire to create a “Utopia” where we will all love each other and sing “Cumbaya”.

They REALLY believe that massive legislation and strict gun control laws will prevent any and every Gun death (like the one FWM posts below) is an absolute MYTH and Pipe dream.  The massive restriction of personal rights and strict gun-control laws obviously didn’t help in London when this poor gent and father was prevented from being able to protect himself!
