Today SAF filed a Motion for Summary Judgment against Mayor Michael Bloomberg and the City of New York in their lawsuit challenging the outrageous fees they charge you just to own a gun in your own home.

IT IS WRONG TO FORCE PEOPLE TO PAY WHAT AMOUNTS TO A PROHIBITIVE “POLL TAX” JUST TO EXERCISE A CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT.

This is why the Second Amendment Foundation filed this suit in the first place.

We will not allow gun grabbers like Mayor Bloomberg and his political cohorts to infringe on our Second Amendment rights.
