    Dub, thanks for sharing this valuable information. Just as I thought the 2nd Amendment supersedes the authority of local government during disasters. Albeit I understand the intent of the local government for confiscating firearms during times of disasters, (possibly) so they do not get into the hands of looters and bad people; it remains incumbent upon us as legal and responsible gun-owners to have a plan in place to ensure full accountability and security of our firearms to prevent loss of control at anytime.
