Massachusetts has some of the tightest laws regulating who can carry a concealed handgun.

*****Have not seen or read this study yet but my early premonition is that this is an attempt to smear states that are moving towards constitutional carry and more lax restrictions for Concealed Carry.  Coming from a Gun Control state like Massachusetts would not be surprised if this was biased.  Another reason for all Gun Owners to remain VIGILANT!
