BUFFALO, N.Y. — Republican Congressman Chris Collins has introduced the Second Amendment Guarantee Act – or SAGA.

It would limit the authority of states when it comes to regulating rifles and shotguns.

    This, needs to be pushed, and spread, repeatedly, to gain more support. The governor of New York State said that he will not comply with the law if this is passed. That would outright mark the governor as a criminal, whether he files lawsuit or not. Laws are for all to obey and comply with.
    SAGA bill proposal would be a monumental piece of legislation.
