    Absolutely true. Most of the times, patrol will slow it down, so as not to get involved. Somebody shot? Who did it, and then look for them. If you are unarmed, odds are, sooner or later, you will be the victim of a violent crime, such as forcible rape, forcible sodomy, kidnap, assault, armed robbery, murder. Statistics, have been juggled since late 1990s.
