Once again our favorite Senator from Louisiana John Kennedy exposes the presumptive nominee for the Director of the ATF as the complete fool that he is.

His chances now appear to be slim and none.

The federal government has no need for further bureaucrats wandering around the nations capital with not a clue what they are doing.

[This of course is more prominent with leftists nominees.]

Senate Judiciary Committee members voted along party lines on Thursday on President Joe Biden‘s nominee as head of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.

Eleven Democrats supported and 11 Republicans opposed moving the nomination of David Chipman for ATF director to the Senate floor.

With the Senate divided 50-50 and Vice President Kamala Harris casting tiebreaking votes, committee ties mean a nomination is not supposed…
